Microdosing + Hiking
+ Community
There is something powerful about gathering together in nature.
Twice each month, the Church of the Sacred Mushroom community is meeting to explore the beautiful trails, foothills, and Flatirons surrounding Boulder, Colorado.
Our Hikrodosing Club brings together four simple things we believe can enrich our lives: community, the mushroom, movement, and nature.
These aren’t races, workouts, or destinations to conquer. They’re opportunities to slow down, breathe deeply, move our bodies, and experience the natural world alongside other members of our community.
For those who choose to microdose, the mushroom can become part of that experience—not as an escape from the world around us, but as an invitation to become more present within it. Participation in microdosing is always optional, and members should make their own informed decisions about whether it is appropriate for them.
As we walk beneath the pines and alongside the ancient rock formations of the Flatirons, we’ll create space for conversation, laughter, friendship, reflection, and genuine human connection. Some hikes may be social and energetic. Others may include moments of silence, meditation, gratitude, or simply stopping long enough to notice where we are.
Because ultimately, Hikrodosing Club is about community. It’s about getting off our phones, getting outside, meeting people face-to-face, breathing fresh Colorado air, exercising our bodies, and remembering that we are part of something larger than ourselves.
No hiking expertise is required. Come as you are. Bring water, good shoes, an open heart, and a willingness to connect.
