CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the limited number of available spaces, each reservation secures a place that is no longer available to another guest.

Cancellations 30+ days before the retreat:Guests may receive a full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

Cancellations 14–29 days before the retreat:50% of the retreat payment may be refunded, or the amount paid may be transferred as credit toward a future eligible retreat, subject to availability.

Cancellations less than 14 days before the retreat:Payments are non-refundable due to venue, accommodation, staffing, and retreat preparation commitments.

Guest substitutions:Reservations may not be transferred to another person without prior approval. Any replacement participant must complete all required screening and eligibility requirements before attending.

If we cancel or reschedule:If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, guests will be offered a refund of retreat fees paid or the option to transfer their payment to another available retreat date. We are not responsible for personal travel, transportation, lodging, or other expenses incurred outside of the retreat reservation.

Eligibility & screening:Participation may be subject to health, safety, eligibility, and intake requirements. If a participant is determined not to be eligible to participate, any applicable refund will be handled according to the terms communicated during the screening and booking process.
